Description

  • Lead a portfolio of mobile, cross-platform, esports, and real-money gaming client accounts.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize programmatic CTV campaigns against CPA, CPI, and ROAS goals.
  • Develop strategic account plans, identify whitespace opportunities, and secure incremental budgets through QBRs.
  • Serve as the primary strategic consultant for game publishers on CTV-based player acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance and conversion funnels to generate actionable client insights.
  • Partner with sales, product, and AdOps teams to support campaign launches and custom integrations.
  • Mentor junior account managers and help develop the playbook for the gaming business line.
  • Use AI tools to identify funnel drop-offs, pacing issues, and creative fatigue, then turn findings into optimization actions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or account management, with a strong focus on gaming.
  • Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle, user acquisition strategies, and player monetization models.
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Experience with biddable media platforms and CTV or other digital advertising channels.
  • Strong ability to analyze CAC, LTV, and churn metrics to build wrap decks and optimization strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with studio executives and experience presenting campaign strategies.
  • Comfortable using AI to accelerate performance analysis and QBR storytelling while validating results against source-of-truth data.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients or agencies, managing complex accounts and large budgets preferred.
  • Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, or related disciplines preferred.

  • Base salary range of $91,963 to $189,336 USD for US-based applicants.
