Description

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, risks, and trends.
  • Develop hypothesis-driven analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate KPIs, sales performance, pipeline quality, win rates, sales cycles, territories, and market segments.
  • Own recurring territory planning and account-level performance analysis.
  • Analyze customer behavior, product utilization, clinical adoption, account health, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Integrate market, competitive, regulatory, and reimbursement intelligence into growth strategy.
  • Build executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Establish consistent metrics, definitions, reporting governance, and data-quality standards across systems.
  • Automate manual reporting, develop self-service analytics, and document analytical methodologies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Clinical, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, business intelligence, commercial analytics, consulting, finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, business judgment, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large or disparate datasets.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or a similar data visualization platform.
  • Strong presentation and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and collaborate with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience in medical device, MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM, SQL, Snowflake, financial modeling, forecasting, segmentation, market analysis, or reimbursement analysis preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-related healthcare data privacy considerations preferred.
  • Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, Python, executive reporting, or board reporting preferred; MBA or advanced degree also preferred.
  • Approximately 10% travel required.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $120,000–$175,000.
