Description

  • Collect, clean, preprocess, and manage large healthcare datasets from multiple sources.
  • Perform statistical analyses and generate actionable healthcare insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Implement data validation and maintenance practices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Develop and apply basic machine learning models to identify patterns and predict outcomes.
  • Build data-driven tools using machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a data-focused role, including internships.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare datasets or standards such as FHIR and ICD-10 is preferred.
  • Current, unrestricted U.S. work authorization without future employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to work physically within the United States from a secure home office.
  • Windows 10+ or macOS 14+ computer with Intel Core i5/AMD equivalent or Apple Silicon and 16 GB RAM.
  • Reliable internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, connected by Ethernet.
  • Wired headphones, webcam, Google Chrome, and Amazon Workspaces access.
