Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.
  • Qualify prospects, tailor solutions to their needs, and close opportunities at a high conversion rate.
  • Re-engage archived or inactive leads with strategic offers to revive lost opportunities.
  • Use geographic targeting to improve route density and service efficiency in priority markets.
  • Follow up after service to drive customer satisfaction and convert one-time buyers into recurring subscribers.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities between scheduled services to increase lifetime customer value.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates for forecasting and visibility.
  • Communicate with customers in a warm, professional, and persuasive manner that represents the TurFresh brand.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles with a consultative closing approach.
  • Ability to respond rapidly to inbound inquiries and manage a high-conversion sales process.
  • Strong CRM discipline and accuracy in updating pipeline and customer records.
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for customer interactions and brand representation.
  • Comfort working remotely across LATAM markets and aligning with Pacific Time Zone business hours.
  • Ability to sell recurring services, subscriptions, and upsells rather than only one-time transactions.
  • Experience with GHL CRM, Jobber, and MS Teams is preferred.
  • Sales experience in a target-driven environment is preferred.
