Description

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads and estimate requests.
  • Handle inbound calls and web inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Convert inbound leads into customers through fast, effective closing.
  • Re-engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
  • Convert one-time customers into maintenance plans when appropriate.
  • Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow-up.
  • Track pipeline activity and communication accurately in the CRM.
  • Manage high-volume follow-up and speed-to-lead performance.
  • Support customer reactivation and maintenance plan renewals.

Requirements

  • 100% inbound sales experience or proven ability to close inbound leads.
  • Fluent, professional-level English communication skills.
  • Strong phone and communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up.
  • Self-managed and accountable in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable handling high lead volume.
  • Experience selling in home services or other phone-based service industries is preferred.
  • Experience in high-converting phone sales environments such as medical equipment, elective healthcare, dental, legal, home improvement, or premium recurring services is preferred.
  • CRM experience with tools such as GHL, Jobber, HubSpot, or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Must be available for a full-time role and not a side gig, freelance job, or part-time commitment.
