Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and estimate requests.
  • Handle inbound calls and website inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Re-engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
  • Convert one-time customers into maintenance plans when appropriate.
  • Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow-up.
  • Build trust with homeowners through consultative selling.
  • Accurately track pipeline activity and communications in the CRM.
  • Maintain fast speed-to-lead and strong pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Fluent, professional-level English communication skills with the ability to speak naturally and confidently with U.S.-based homeowners.
  • Strong phone and communication skills.
  • A trustworthy, authentic personality that can build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Comfort with representing a premium, market-leading brand and selling on value, reliability, and quality rather than discounts.
  • Strong consultative selling ability with confidence handling higher-end homeowners.
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Organized and disciplined follow-up habits.
  • Comfort handling high lead volume.
  • Self-managed and accountable in a remote environment.
  • CRM experience such as GHL, Jobber, HubSpot, or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience in home services or other industries where full service is sold remotely over the phone is preferred.
  • Experience in high-converting phone sales environments such as medical equipment, elective healthcare, dental, legal, home improvement, or premium recurring services is preferred.
  • Experience in HVAC, pest control, roofing, landscaping, pool, or other recurring service industries is preferred.
