Description

  • Manage delivery relationships for assigned program and project clients.
  • Lead implementation of large programs and projects involving teams of 3 to 50 internal, client, contractor, and vendor resources.
  • Establish program governance, including communications, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalation processes, and documentation.
  • Deliver weekly program status reports covering progress, financials, risks, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Align client stakeholders and drive overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop financial dashboards and oversee resource utilization, revenue projections, invoices, plans, and schedules.
  • Identify program risks, assumptions, and constraints; implement approved mitigations and change-management actions.
  • Develop work plans, assign responsibilities, and coach project team members to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure program goals are achieved within defined scope, schedule, and resource constraints.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of project or program management experience in a consulting or professional-services environment.
  • 5–8 years of strategic development experience demonstrating significant client impact and value creation.
  • Experience delivering transformation projects.
  • Experience leading enterprise client programs with multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Experience managing waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of modern CCaaS solutions and related technologies; NiCE experience preferred.
  • Experience leading teams of 3 to 50 people.
  • Hands-on experience producing functional and/or technical design deliverables using formal methodologies.
  • Strong written, verbal, listening, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred; ability to travel up to 30%.
