Description

  • Develop, train, and deploy production-grade predictive and prescriptive machine-learning models.
  • Architect, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and custom LLM applications.
  • Design and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows for client business challenges.
  • Build advanced analytics models for campaign measurement, customer behavior prediction, and ROI optimization.
  • Prepare executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and data stories that communicate model outcomes and business value.
  • Analyze client data and build optimized cloud-based datasets and analytics workflows for modeling and reporting.
  • Lead client workshops to define business objectives, assess data landscapes, and translate problems into data science approaches.
  • Create solution and architecture documentation for client data science platforms and ML pipelines.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and cross-training for junior data scientists and analysts.
  • Support pre-sales activities by scoping opportunities and estimating effort for client engagements.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or management consulting.
  • 3+ years of client-facing consulting or professional-services experience.
  • 3+ years of cloud-native application, model design, and deployment experience; GCP is preferred.
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience deploying generative AI systems, such as RAG pipelines and fine-tuned LLMs, and agentic AI workflows.
  • Experience delivering traditional predictive models and modern AI solutions to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Python tools including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Transformers.
  • Experience with GenAI and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen/CrewAI, prompt engineering, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and tool integration.
  • Experience with GCP technologies including Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI Agent Builder, BigQuery ML, Model Garden, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Storage; advanced SQL is required.
  • Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent generative AI/cloud certification is highly preferred.
