Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Serve as the primary solution authority and trusted advisor for assigned client engagements.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, compliant Caseware configurations.
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, timelines, budgets, quality, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Engineering, and other teams to resolve issues and improve products.
  • Mentor associate consultants through knowledge sharing, solution reviews, and delivery oversight.
  • Deliver client training and change management to support adoption and process transformation.
  • Support pre-sales through proposals, demonstrations, effort estimates, and implementation planning.
  • Improve Professional Services methodologies and implementation assets using lessons learned and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm.
  • Experience providing consultative client advice, understanding business requirements, and making recommendations.
  • Experience supporting software implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Experience using and learning accounting, audit, and financial reporting technology; Caseware experience is an asset.
  • Ability to manage client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout engagements.
  • Experience owning delivery outcomes, including scope, quality, risk, and timelines, with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to mentor colleagues and contribute to team capability development.
  • Successful candidates must complete an identity verification and criminal record check.

  • Annual base salary of $103,000–$115,000 CAD.
