Description

  • Own the end-to-end agent and supervisor experience across live and post-interaction surfaces.
  • Define and manage the product backlog and one-page specs for a capability area.
  • Set the standard for information hierarchy, interaction ergonomics, and real-time UX in dense operator tooling.
  • Partner with design to prototype and pressure-test flows before production code ships.
  • Define perceived latency and interruption budgets for real-time assist surfaces.
  • Measure product success through AHT, agent adoption, CSAT, and suggestion acceptance rates.
  • Represent the customer voice in spec reviews and build decisions.
  • Scope billing-metering and RBAC requirements for each feature.
  • Collaborate closely with the PM for services on connected product areas and dependencies.
  • Bring market and competitor analysis into product decisions and final-round reviews.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in contact center, CCaaS, or developer-platform products strongly preferred.
  • Experience shipping complex, high-density operator or agent-facing tooling such as contact center, trading, ops consoles, dev tools, or clinical/EHR products.
  • Experience with real-time or streaming UX.
  • Ability to write crisp one-page product specs that engineers can build from without meetings.
  • Technical fluency to reason about events, plugins, and latency budgets without a translator.
  • Proven experience shipping to real enterprise customers on a fast cadence.
  • Strong market awareness and knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Business fluency with the ability to frame decisions in ARR, attach, retention, and margin.
  • Ability to think in flows and states, and to hold your own in design critiques.
  • Fluency in accessibility, keyboard-first workflows, and enterprise UX patterns for information-dense screens.
  • Ability to treat RBAC and permissioning as a first-class UX problem.
  • Preferred experience bringing competitor teardowns or packaging proposals to executive review.
