Description

  • Gather customer requirements and document solution designs.
  • Acquire and configure technology stacks for SandcastleCX engagements.
  • Plan and coordinate customer enablement sessions.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during engagements.
  • Build, test, and prove out critical customer use cases.
  • Help resolve customer objections and reduce cloud migration risk.
  • Support pre-sale and post-sale proof-of-concept engagements using Amazon technologies with other CX platforms.
  • Maintain expertise in customer experience technologies and TTEC Digital offerings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • AWS Professional certifications.
  • Experience with telco or contact center platforms.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Dynamics.
  • Network infrastructure experience.
  • Preferred experience with AWS AI/ML services such as Lex, Bedrock, Transcribe, and Comprehend.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK.
  • Ability to build solutions in Amazon Connect and create architecture diagrams and enterprise demos.
  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong English fluency, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
