Description

  • Develop, test, and deliver the NICE CXone AI software platform.
  • Implement NICE Proactive AI Agent, Cognigy, and Omilia solutions.
  • Build and enhance software components using CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution during QA cycles.
  • Support production environments and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with system analysis and project management to complete projects successfully.
  • Work as part of a project team to improve software quality and delivery.
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist and mentor other developers in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in CCaaS and/or UC environments.
  • 2+ years of experience with Cognigy, Omilia, or Kore.AI development.
  • Experience with NICE CXone and CXone Studio is helpful.
  • 4+ years of ASP/.NET experience, including C#, Visual Studio, XML, and Web Services.
  • 5+ years of JavaScript experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping ML or NLP systems, including LLM-based or Generative AI solutions.
  • 3+ years of software development experience, including design, coding, and testing of real-time systems.
  • Expert-level Python skills and strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, testing, CI/CD, Git, and containers.
  • Hands-on experience with ML/LLM tooling such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, or AI agents.
