Description

  • Lead voice and digital AI self-service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI self-service applications using Google CCAI.
  • Interface with clients to lead design decisions and define solution requirements and technical design.
  • Serve as a project lead for assigned Google Delivery practice and Google CCAI projects.
  • Collaborate with project team members on conversation design specifications.
  • Integrate solutions with backend systems using web services, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Perform unit testing on developed code.
  • Support system and functional testing during implementation.
  • Work closely with clients throughout the full project lifecycle to meet specific needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall architecture and design experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Google Dialogflow ES/CX.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud CCAI or other conversational AI platforms such as Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Uniphore, or Kore.ai.
  • Google certification is a plus, and/or badge completion is required.
  • Knowledge of cloud services architecture, Apigee, and Vertex AI.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience managing large multi-site contact center implementations.
  • Experience managing or guiding developers, or strong interest in doing so.
  • Experience writing solution design documents and specifications for IVA applications.
  • Experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech services such as Nuance, Google, and Amazon.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, HTML, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience developing solutions using Java, Python, R, HTML, JavaScript, Node.js, AngularJS, C#, .Net, SQL, SDK development, Objective C, and Swift.
  • Experience integrating with backend data systems such as REST APIs, SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL databases, and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Staff management experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred.
  • Experience with Cisco CVP, WebexCCE/CC, and UJet design and architecture is preferred.
  • Experience with VXML-based IVR platforms such as CVP, GVP, AVP/AEP, Amazon Connect, or Five9 is preferred.
