Description

  • Design and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT requirements.
  • Lead solution design, technical planning, and phased ServiceNow deployments.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop custom applications and extend ServiceNow modules using App Engine, Flow Designer, scripting, and related capabilities.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
  • Optimize workflows, manage data migrations, and improve platform performance.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
  • Mentor developers, guide stakeholders, and enforce development best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for applications, configurations, integrations, and processes.
  • Ensure security, data governance, regulatory compliance, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow integrations, custom development, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security Operations, Service Catalog, and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of data security practices and integration security protocols.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment; CAD certification, AWS/Azure, Jira, Jenkins, or GitHub experience preferred.
