Description

  • Lead technical architecture workstreams across complex client engagements.
  • Assess applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, integrations, data platforms, constraints, risks, and technical debt.
  • Define pragmatic target-state architectures aligned with business priorities, security, scalability, resilience, cost, and delivery feasibility.
  • Advise on cloud platforms, application modernization, infrastructure, integration, software delivery tooling, data platforms, and analytics environments.
  • Translate business and technology requirements into architecture principles, technical designs, transition plans, and delivery priorities.
  • Communicate evidence-based recommendations to senior technical leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with client teams and Crosslake specialists across product, engineering, cloud, security, data, and transformation.
  • Develop prioritized roadmaps for scalable, resilient, and fit-for-purpose technology capabilities.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in technical, solutions, or enterprise architecture, software engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
  • Track record designing and delivering complex technology solutions.
  • Strong practical knowledge of cloud services, application architecture, infrastructure, integration, software delivery, security, and reliability.
  • Experience assessing technology estates and defining target architectures, transition approaches, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and modern data platforms, including warehouses, lakes, lakehouses, data modeling, governance, quality, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of observability, performance, scalability, resilience, and operational considerations.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to senior business, data, and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience across the technology lifecycle, from architecture and platform design through delivery, deployment, operations, modernization, and improvement.
  • Hands-on problem-solving ability in client-facing advisory environments.
  • Consulting, advisory, or multi-client delivery experience is preferred.
