Description

  • Develop technical solutions and architecture diagrams for customer proposals and RFP responses.
  • Create Statements of Work (SOWs) that translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
  • Support RFP and RFI responses with technical content, solution narratives, and response validation.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to refine and validate solution designs.
  • Produce technical documentation, solution guides, and best-practice content.
  • Create go-to-market collateral such as solution briefs, technical white papers, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain the internal knowledge base of AWS contact center solutions and integration patterns.
  • Support pre-sales and go-to-market initiatives as a key technical contributor.
  • Develop customer-facing solutions and enable delivery teams with reusable assets and accelerators.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services including Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation/CDK.
  • Experience with contact center platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Five9, or similar.
  • Proven ability to create technical architecture diagrams using Lucidchart, draw.io, or AWS Architecture icons.
  • Strong technical writing skills with experience developing SOWs, RFP responses, or technical proposals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, Developer, or specialty certifications.
  • Preferred: Experience with CTI integrations including Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
  • Preferred: Experience building demos or POCs for enterprise customers.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of AI/ML services for contact centers such as Lex, Bedrock, Transcribe, and Comprehend.
  • Must be willing to interview and work within US-based time zones.
  • This is a 100% remote full-time role.
