Description

  • Collaborate with sales, product, finance, support, marketing, partner, and engineering teams to support pipeline and customer success.
  • Conduct customized technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Assess prospect environments and technical requirements to shape tailored sales strategies and close deals.
  • Work with customers to design solutions aligned to their data environments and business needs.
  • Develop technical proposals and assist in creating statements of work (SOWs).
  • Lead proof-of-concept implementations in customer environments and analyze results.
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Create internal enablement materials such as marketing content, demo assets, field intelligence, and training resources.
  • Educate the sales team on the technical aspects of data observability solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product guides, technical specifications, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Strong understanding of data observability, data monitoring, and data quality concepts.
  • Preference for a Hadoop background in presales, architecture, or support roles.
  • Familiarity with data observability trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Understanding of the data ecosystem, including data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming data architectures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, data visualization tools, and data analytics platforms is a plus.
