Description

  • Coordinate and oversee daily field operations throughout the project.
  • Manage communication with distributed field teams and support their operational needs.
  • Organize team schedules, assignments, and activities.
  • Monitor attendance, task completion, project progress, and operational KPIs.
  • Collect, review, and maintain operational reports, project data, trackers, and documentation.
  • Identify operational issues and risks, coordinate timely resolutions, and escalate critical matters.
  • Ensure project processes and operational requirements are followed consistently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
  • Adapt operations to changing project requirements and priorities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.
  • Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong people-management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, transportation, data collection, vehicle testing, field services, or similar environments is preferred.
  • Availability for long-term cooperation throughout the project.
