Description

  • Support project planning, execution, reporting, and day-to-day activities.
  • Help define project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project teams, testers, and evaluators.
  • Track project progress and follow up on tasks and deadlines.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and delays.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and data.
  • Communicate project updates to team members and management.
  • Help ensure work is completed on time and aligned with project goals.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Comfort working with and processing large data sets.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to use them in daily work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and develop project management skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Native Ukrainian proficiency.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
