Description

  • Develop and execute the North American business unit’s delivery strategy in support of business and technology objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital products, platforms, applications, and customer-facing services from planning through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Set and optimize delivery models, standards, governance, and performance expectations across the portfolio.
  • Establish technical delivery standards for architecture, integrations, data dependencies, release readiness, scalability, security, and operational support.
  • Integrate AI and automation into development, testing, deployment, and delivery-management practices.
  • Lead delivery KPI measurement across speed, predictability, quality, productivity, cost, and business value.
  • Build, lead, coach, and manage a high-performing global delivery organization, including performance management, career development, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with India-based delivery leaders, Client Partners, Business Development, Resource Management, and Talent Acquisition on delivery, staffing, and new opportunities.
  • Act as the executive escalation point for major accounts, lead recovery plans, and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
  • Own delivery economics, estimates, SOW and change-request governance, contract risk, CSAT, net revenue retention, utilization, and capacity planning for delivery-led accounts.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in digital delivery, technology, product, or program management.
  • Experience leading complex digital products, platforms, transformation initiatives, and large portfolios of concurrent programs.
  • Experience delivering multi-million-dollar, multi-year digital programs.
  • Several years of consulting or agency experience, including hybrid agency/consultancy, product engineering, and enterprise platform delivery models.
  • Experience scaling delivery organizations and managing distributed global teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Lean, product management, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with AI, automation, and technology-enabled operational improvement.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, customer data and analytics platforms, and commerce and loyalty systems; consumer, retail, omni-channel, and point-of-sale experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Confluence, JIRA, or equivalent software-development tools; CSM, PMP, SAFe, or cloud certifications are a plus.
