Description

  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email and chat with accuracy and speed.
  • Lead virtual group training sessions and webinars to support client product adoption and success.
  • Translate client needs and feedback into actionable insights for product and account teams in English and German or French.
  • Create and improve self-service resources such as video library content and FAQ entries based on recurring support issues.
  • Assist with occasional account configuration and property setup to keep client data accurate and seamless.
  • Support German- or French-speaking clients in navigating the company’s products with confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve client issues.

Requirements

  • C1-level fluency in English plus German or French.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Client Success, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, warmly, and professionally.
  • Comfortable hosting webinars and presenting to groups in a virtual environment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with an interest in diagnosing and resolving tickets.
  • Experience with webinar tools such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, or Google Meet (preferred).
  • Ability to stay organized and productive in a high-volume, remote-first workflow.
  • Willingness to work remotely from Cluj.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role in a digital or software product environment (preferred).
