Description

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programmatic capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation with best practices and performance in mind.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including solution design, delivery timelines, cross-functional problem solving, and senior-level reporting.
  • Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with the organization-wide Salesforce team through code reviews and alignment with ecosystem strategy.
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce best practices focused on architecture, data integrity, security, and performance optimisation.
  • Support incident management and troubleshooting within Salesforce through custom development.
  • Translate complex stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Own and manage Salesforce CI/CD processes and improve ways of working, including training colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, system auditing evidence, and deployment process records.
  • Mentor and coach junior administrators and help create a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud, designing, developing, and deploying complex programmatic solutions.
  • Minimum certification of Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II is highly valued.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development, including Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Agentforce is a strong plus.
  • Experience in highly distributed systems and additional Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Integration Architecture Designer is a strong plus.
  • Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and platform events.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, and Bulk, plus integration patterns.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and roles.
  • Deep proficiency with developer tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic development environment.
