Description

  • Become a hands-on expert in Brightspace functionality, usage, architecture, and deployment.
  • Support sales opportunities by analyzing needs, recommending solutions, and partnering with sales teams.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-oriented presentations to varied audiences.
  • Conduct prospect needs-analysis sessions covering infrastructure, requirements, and customizations.
  • Write proposals, assess product fit and competitive alignment, and produce clear responses and technical materials.
  • Provide product guidance, demonstrations, webinars, office hours, and adoption support to existing customers.
  • Share customer use cases and market trends with product management teams.
  • Coordinate internal subject-matter experts and route architecture, integration, reporting, automation, implementation, and governance requests to appropriate teams.
  • Attend sales meetings, presentations, and conferences, traveling approximately 25–50% and supporting North American time zones.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of extensive Brightspace experience as an administrator or instructor.
  • Experience in a higher-education institution or edtech role preferred.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and platforms that integrate with an LMS.
  • Strong interest in education, educational technology, and the broader learning technology ecosystem.
  • Ability to present complex education and technology concepts to diverse stakeholders, both virtually and in person.
  • Excellent writing, comprehension, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely in a professional manner and manage multiple objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% and work across North American time zones from PST to EST.

  • Base salary range of $72,000–$84,000 USD.
