Description

  • Act as the internal and external product evangelist for assigned TrustArc products.
  • Develop messaging and positioning that communicates product and feature value.
  • Create content for product launches, sales enablement, demand generation, websites, emails, blogs, and social media.
  • Write, test, and optimize website messaging, content, and calls to action using data-driven methods.
  • Manage the development of product demo videos, including scripting and coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to shape campaigns, value propositions, and sales materials.
  • Educate sales and customer-facing teams on product messaging.
  • Plan and lead product marketing activities for launches and customer adoption initiatives.
  • Partner with product marketing, content marketing, privacy experts, and agencies on full-funnel campaigns.
  • Support lead-generation activities such as webinars and tradeshows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience creating diverse content, including ebooks, blogs, demo videos, emails, and sales materials.
  • Experience testing and optimizing content and calls to action to drive engagement.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling product narratives and strategic product marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear content for varied audiences.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and positive approach to teamwork.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing preferred.
  • Online privacy experience preferred but not required.
