Description

  • Engage directly with customers and technical delivery teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Oversee and advise on customer Snowflake platform implementations.
  • Design scalable, secure Snowflake architectures and implementation recommendations.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to customer executives.
  • Develop forward-looking guidance and future-state roadmaps.
  • Break down future-state goals into actionable execution plans.
  • Apply best practices to reduce implementation risk.
  • Collaborate with Snowflake GTM and product teams to align customer outcomes with Snowflake goals.

Requirements

  • 12–14 years of experience as a Senior Solutions Architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer.
  • Experience leading analytics projects for large enterprises.
  • Experience implementing and operating Snowflake-centric solutions.
  • Understanding of the full data analytics stack, from ETL to data platform design to BI and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Java, and/or Spark.
  • Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies such as Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, or Greenplum.
  • Experience implementing data security measures and access controls within Snowflake.
  • Experience in the services organization of a product company (preferred).
  • Experience leading technical projects in a leadership role (preferred).
  • Industry vertical expertise in Media, Financial Services, Healthcare, or similar (preferred).
  • Application development experience (preferred).
  • AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Cloud certification(s) (preferred).
  • Snowflake SnowPro Advanced certification(s) (preferred).
