Description

  • Design, architect, test, and deploy custom data integrations for client onboarding.
  • Partner with the Implementations team to evaluate client data, define technical scope, and set effort estimates and timelines.
  • Write robust, scalable, and secure code aligned with internal best practices.
  • Design integrations that support operational efficiency and clear post-go-live maintenance processes.
  • Build reusable scripts, tools, and templates to improve Client Experience team efficiency.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, data dictionaries, and runbooks.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for integration issues and resolve complex production problems.
  • Provide sustainable solutions for client-specific technical needs outside the core product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a highly technical role such as Integrations Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python.
  • Strong experience with Golang or similar compiled languages.
  • Working knowledge of Java.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing 3rd party API integrations.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, advanced scripting, and automation.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or administering Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, data security, and API design best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work primarily in a remote-first environment with flexibility outside standard business hours and occasional local or international travel.
  • Ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and professional work environment while protecting confidential information.
