Description

  • Monitor, triage, and resolve client support tickets within SLA timeframes, owning issues from assignment through closure.
  • Document ticket activity, maintain resolution logs, and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Escalate unresolved issues, open JIRA and other tracking tickets, and drive follow-up through resolution.
  • Perform system configurations in the HUB and other internal tools based on Implementation Consultant and Project Manager specifications.
  • Support technical integrations, data setup, troubleshooting, and configuration change documentation.
  • Manage AEBR-related workflows, documentation, and stakeholder communications during the annual enrollment cycle.
  • Conduct peer QA reviews, pre-launch testing, and validation of system configurations and data integrity.
  • Support Implementation Consultants and Project Managers with tactical execution, deliverable preparation, and handoff documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge base content, troubleshooting guides, training materials, and standardized documentation.
  • Identify process improvements, contribute to team initiatives, and help maintain operational excellence across multiple client implementations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS client support or technical implementation, preferably in healthcare or healthcare tech.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with system configuration and client ticketing systems.
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or employee benefits administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of benefits enrollment processes and healthcare data management preferred.
  • Experience with internal configuration tools and client support platforms.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
  • Experience with quality assurance processes and testing procedures preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple client implementations and prioritize workload effectively.

Benefits

  • $35.00/hour to $45.00/hour hourly range.
