Description

  • Own onboarding requirements for each account and track every open item against completion criteria.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to secure deliverables and keep implementations moving on schedule.
  • Request, arrange, validate, and prepare onboarding files for accurate and timely delivery.
  • Track multiple concurrent onboardings and surface risks, blockers, and outstanding items early.
  • Flag issues to the manager with context and proposed next steps.
  • Liaise between department stakeholders to keep project status aligned.
  • Support customer-facing communication on assigned accounts and grow into direct ownership of relationships.
  • Communicate clearly in writing through email and async updates.
  • Identify friction in onboarding workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer projects with increasing ownership over time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years in Operations, Support, Project Coordination, Analytics, or a similar role, with a history of driving measurable improvements.
  • Comfortable coordinating several interdependent workstreams without losing track of details.
  • Process- and structure-driven, with a clear method for tracking dependencies.
  • Curious and quick to learn new tools and processes.
  • Meticulously organized with excellent written communication skills.
  • Coachable and self-aware, with the ability to take direction well and add perspective with context.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to execute in evolving processes.
  • Comfortable supporting US and EMEA hours.
  • Able to travel to mandatory quarterly business reviews 4 times per year and as needed.
  • Background or exposure to commercial construction, engineering, or design is a plus.
  • Experience supporting SaaS implementations or customer onboarding is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project coordination, CRM, or customer success tools is preferred.
  • Experience with Planhat or similar customer success platforms is preferred.
