Description

  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Manage controlled documents, including policies, procedures, templates, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate document reviews, version control, approvals, and updates.
  • Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and remediation efforts.
  • Support PMO governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and evidence repositories for audit readiness.
  • Coordinate evidence collection, internal audits, and external certification audits.
  • Monitor contract deliverables, reporting requirements, milestones, and compliance obligations.
  • Review contract requirements for operational impacts and track SLA, KPI, and Quality Control Plan compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and provide monthly executive reporting on compliance, audits, certifications, contract performance, and PMO maturity.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in PMO, Quality, Compliance, or Program Management.
  • Experience supporting government contracts.
  • Experience coordinating audits or compliance activities.
  • Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ISO, CMMI, CMMC, NIST 800-171, or NIST 800-53 is preferred.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, or Smartsheet is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, and process-focused.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience supporting government contract startup, transition, or closeout activities is preferred.
