Description

  • Own the full proposal lifecycle from RFP release through submission.
  • Coordinate proposal development with capture, technical, and pricing teams.
  • Break down RFPs into compliance matrices and annotated outlines that guide writers and align to evaluation criteria.
  • Translate requirements into proposal structure, messaging, gap analysis, discriminators, and win themes.
  • Lead proposal project management activities, including color team reviews such as Pink, Red, and Gold reviews.
  • Drive accountability across subject matter experts to meet proposal deadlines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight timelines while maintaining compliance and quality.
  • Build and improve proposal infrastructure, including content libraries, past performance materials, resumes, and reusable assets.
  • Align proposals to capture strategy and competitive positioning to improve win probability.
  • Translate technical cybersecurity and IT concepts into clear value propositions.

Requirements

  • Experience managing U.S. Federal Government proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and federal evaluation criteria.
  • Experience with LPTA and Best Value proposal evaluations.
  • Demonstrated ability to own the full proposal lifecycle from release through submission.
  • Strong proposal leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience working in growth-stage companies, ideally with 100–500 employees.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, wear multiple hats, and help build processes.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT services domains such as Zero Trust, ICAM, SASE, and DLP.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals concurrently under tight deadlines.
  • AI tools may be used in parts of the hiring process, including resume review and application analysis.
