Description

  • Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects across different areas of the business.
  • Build systems, SOPs, and automations that support company scalability.
  • Coordinate with internal team members, contractors, and vendors.
  • Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Track KPIs and report on operational and business performance.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and communications.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, appointments, and domestic or international travel with full itineraries.
  • Conduct research and prepare recommendations, presentations, reports, and documents for key decisions.
  • Manage the CEO’s social media content calendar, content creation, and publishing support.
  • Support the growth of the CEO’s personal brand through podcasts, speaking engagements, and YouTube.
  • Assist with lead generation initiatives and funnel management.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure deadlines and project outcomes are met.

Requirements

  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern tools and AI.
  • Able to manage both operational leadership and executive support responsibilities.
  • Experience or capability working across operations, project management, and executive support functions.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive work to completion.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $30,000–$40,000 per year.
  • Flexible working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Remote work arrangement.
