Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for dental clients, including doctors, office managers, and treatment coordinators.
  • Lead monthly performance reviews covering campaign results, lead flow, cost per new patient, and front-desk call handling.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI through offer optimization, service-line targeting, and funnel improvements.
  • Translate dental marketing performance into actionable strategies that support production growth, not just lead volume.
  • Collaborate with creative and advertising teams to build campaigns that attract patients who show up and accept treatment.
  • Coach practices on lead follow-up speed, call scripts, and scheduling workflows to improve appointment conversion.
  • Manage an average portfolio of 30–40 dental clients across general dentistry, specialty, and multi-location groups.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in dental marketing, dental practice marketing, or a dental agency/DSO environment.
  • Experience managing client accounts in dental or healthcare marketing and advising dentists or practice owners.
  • Strong understanding of the dental patient journey from ad click to treatment acceptance.
  • Knowledge of key dental practice metrics, including cost per new patient, show rate, case acceptance, production per visit, and patient lifetime value.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including presenting results to doctors and gaining buy-in from front-office teams.
  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and campaign deliverables.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign platforms, analytics, call tracking, and dental-specific systems such as practice management software and patient communication platforms.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on marketing ROI, new patient quality, and long-term client retention.
