Description

  • Implement machine learning algorithms for personalization in gaming and evaluate what works best for Tripledot’s games and data.
  • Design experiments and prototypes to test the viability and efficiency of new AI models.
  • Translate research findings into practical algorithm prototypes in the codebase.
  • Convert prototypes into production-ready code that can be managed and deployed through the ML lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and evaluate A/B tests to measure personalization effectiveness and improve player experience.
  • Monitor and analyze player data to identify new personalization opportunities and improve existing algorithms.
  • Document work clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard machine learning techniques, from classification to reinforcement learning and generative methods.
  • Experience applying machine learning algorithms to real-world problems.
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control, containers, and production deployment of ML models using MLOps concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, matplotlib, and related analytical programming and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as git, MLFlow, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Trino, and AirFlow.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts including hypothesis testing, sampling, and probability distributions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience using generative AI copilots or agents in daily development work.
  • Passion for mobile gaming and a desire to create engaging player experiences and drive business results.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies in an online gaming context is a plus.
  • Experience working in the games industry is a plus.
