Description

  • Participate in the presale process as the primary business requirements contact for clients.
  • Work with Sales to clarify client business needs, priorities, and requirements during early-stage conversations.
  • Translate business needs into solution vision, backlog items, and other requirements documents.
  • Collaborate with architects and UX experts to develop architecture vision, prototypes, and POCs.
  • Facilitate estimation sessions by communicating requirements and assumptions to engineering teams and documenting effort inputs.
  • Contribute to presale deliverables such as proposals, presentations, and financial models.
  • Present the business and solution portions of proposals in client meetings.
  • Balance the interests of Sales and Delivery to produce competitive proposals without risky over-commitments.
  • Participate in presale function improvement initiatives, including templates and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the IT sector.
  • Strong background as a technical business consultant or senior business analyst across multiple business domains.
  • Proven consulting experience in client-facing roles, including workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Ability to drive clients through ideation and early solution-shaping discussions.
  • Deep understanding of business analysis and product management, with high-level knowledge of solution architecture, UX/UI design, and software engineering practices.
  • Experience working with architects and engineering teams to convert business needs into technical solution proposals.
  • Understanding of presales dynamics, including time constraints and ambiguity.
  • Experience with both informal interactive presales and formal RFP responses.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting proposals and facilitating calls with VP- and CxO-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with document and presentation tools such as MS Word, Google Docs, MS PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
  • Advanced level of English or higher.
  • Experience using AI tools within the presales cycle, preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Telecom domains, a plus.
