Description

  • Participate in the presale process as the key proxy for client business requirements.
  • Engage potential clients early with Sales to clarify business needs, priorities, and requirements.
  • Translate client business needs into solution vision, backlog items, and supporting requirement documents.
  • Work with architects and UX experts to develop architecture vision, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Facilitate estimation sessions by communicating requirements and assumptions to engineering teams.
  • Document assumptions and help convert them into accurate effort estimations.
  • Contribute to presale deliverables such as proposals, presentations, and financial models.
  • Present proposal sections focused on business needs and solution approach to client stakeholders.
  • Balance the interests of Sales and Delivery to produce competitive proposals without risky over-commitments.
  • Support Presale Function transformation initiatives, including templates and practices development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the IT sector.
  • Strong background as a technical business consultant or senior business analyst across multiple business domains.
  • Proven client-facing consulting experience, including workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and ideation facilitation.
  • Deep understanding of business analysis and product management, with high-level knowledge of solution architecture, UX/UI design, and software engineering practices.
  • Experience working with architects and engineering teams to convert business needs into technical solution proposals.
  • Understanding of presales specifics, including time limitations and ambiguity.
  • Experience with both interactive presales engagements and formal RFP responses.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the USA and/or Europe.
  • Experience presenting proposals and facilitating calls with VP- and CxO-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Word or Google Docs and MS PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Advanced level of English or higher.
  • Experience using AI tools within the presales cycle is a nice to have.
  • Healthcare and Telecom domain experience is a plus.
