Description

  • Create architectural designs and perform infrastructure/connectivity analysis and design.
  • Lead onsite or virtual workshops.
  • Own and manage discovery and design sessions, documentation, bills of materials, project estimates, and statements of work.
  • Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions with enterprise clients.
  • Develop and present tailored solution architectures aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with detailed solution-specific content.
  • Influence product development through feedback from client interactions and market demand.
  • Mentor junior solution architects and contribute to knowledge sharing across the pre-sales team.
  • Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth post-sale transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7-9 years of experience in a solution architect, pre-sales engineer, or related technical consulting role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and consultative skills, with the ability to train and disseminate information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams, management, vendors, and customers at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical/reasoning skills.
  • Proven time management skills and flexibility in responding to changing company and client needs.
  • Experience designing and presenting complex technical solutions to enterprise-level customers.
  • CCNP certification preferred.
  • CCIE certification preferred.
