Description

  • Maintain a directory of industry organizations, conduct prospect research, and track key decision makers.
  • Monitor trade publications and regulatory updates, and provide weekly summaries.
  • Support event research and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting data integrity.
  • Draft thought-leadership social media posts and other marketing content.
  • Research, outline, and draft blog articles and educational content.
  • Create email sequences for client education, nurturing, and retention.
  • Design visual assets such as infographics, comparison charts, brand-aligned graphics, brochures, one-pagers, and sales sheets.
  • Develop presentation templates, client report templates, and event materials for meetings, webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements.
  • Monitor competitor updates, analyze market positioning and go-to-market approaches, and summarize industry trends and case studies.

Requirements

  • Background in marketing, research, communications, administration, or sales support.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design experience with Canva or similar tools.
  • Ability to create business-ready content such as slides, reports, or infographics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, consulting, or self-funded benefits is a plus but not required.
