Description

  • Identify potential partner salons through digital channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • Build relationships with salon owners through phone outreach and in-person visits.
  • Present Treatwell’s SaaS solution and marketplace value proposition to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new partnership deals.
  • Document sales activities accurately in Salesforce and maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
  • Meet a target of at least 10 new salon partners per month.
  • Contribute to the growth and transformation of salon businesses through Treatwell’s platform.
  • Work independently while collaborating as part of a sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in field sales or selling to customers in person.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Digital affinity and comfort using new software and digital tools.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality.
  • Confidence, humor, respect, self-responsibility, and charisma.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work structurally and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce.
