Description

  • Define and evolve specialty care offerings across Surgery, Cancer, and Expert Medical Opinions.
  • Develop scalable, high-quality care models aligned with market demand.
  • Drive innovation in bundled payment structures and specialty care delivery.
  • Lead adoption and expansion across employer and health plan segments.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and expand into new specialty categories.
  • Support sales efforts including RFPs, finalist presentations, and growth strategy.
  • Build and manage high-performing COE/provider networks and partnerships.
  • Integrate solutions with national and regional health plan carriers and support joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Own pricing strategy, bundled rate structures, margin performance, and product-level financials.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a cross-functional team while partnering with product, analytics, finance, sales, and account management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in clinical program leadership, care delivery, or value-based care.
  • Deep expertise in surgery, oncology, or EMO/external medical opinion programs.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling programs in healthcare, digital health, or employer-based care.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare economics, payer-provider dynamics, and population health.
  • MBA, MPH, or advanced clinical degree preferred.
  • Experience with value-based care and bundled payment models.
  • Background in provider systems, health plans, or specialty solution vendors.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and pricing models.
  • Experience owning P&L or product revenue at scale.
  • Direct experience with COE models, specialty networks, cancer care, complex case management, or EMO programs is preferred.
