Description

  • Lead the Trading Operations Team and oversee its day-to-day performance.
  • Plan team capacity and manage performance across the function.
  • Ensure reliable execution of pre- and post-session checks and action points.
  • Maintain intraday invariant controls to protect trading integrity.
  • Design, update, and oversee escalation procedures.
  • Improve the quality of anomaly detection and irregularity handling.
  • Reduce reaction and resolution times by improving SLAs.
  • Enhance tooling and communication efficiency across the team and stakeholders.
  • Balance hands-on operational work with people management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Willingness to combine hands-on operational tasks with management duties.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication in English.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders while supporting team happiness.
  • Experience leading or managing an operations team is preferred.
