Description

  • Develop and implement regional P2P expansion strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Monitor regional regulatory developments and assess their impact on P2P business models.
  • Adjust market strategy based on competitive dynamics and market shifts.
  • Design and optimize advertiser onboarding, segmentation, and incentive structures.
  • Maintain close engagement with key merchants to improve liquidity depth and spread competitiveness.
  • Improve completion rates, trading efficiency, and dispute resolution performance.
  • Develop structured management frameworks for regional merchant operations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve P2P transaction workflows and feature design.
  • Provide feedback on product gaps, user pain points, and regional behavioral differences.
  • Monitor P2P KPIs, conduct data analysis, detect anomalies, and propose responses to growth bottlenecks and risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform operations, with crypto/Web3 experience strongly preferred.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets outside Mainland China.
  • Experience at major exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, or Bitget.
  • Strong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics, spread formation, and regional payment systems.
  • Proven ability to adapt operational strategy based on market and competitive changes.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese or other regional languages are a plus.
  • Experience managing regional teams, community contributors, or local operators is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of overseas P2P fraud patterns and payment risks is preferred.
