Description

  • Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, assessments, and architecture discussions.
  • Develop IAM strategies, maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, and reference architectures.
  • Advise security leaders, architects, and executives on Identity solutions and business value.
  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop proposals and SOWs, and support technical win strategies.
  • Present solution recommendations, business cases, architectural guidance, and technology tradeoffs to customers.
  • Support IAM product and service design, deployment, modernization, and migration to cloud-native offerings.
  • Lead pre-sales initiatives involving tenant consolidation, identity maturity, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Contribute to reusable offerings, workshops, assessments, and practice development.
  • Monitor industry trends, support strategic partners, and share market insights.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of Trace3’s Identity practice.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing, implementing, or architecting IAM solutions.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing consulting, architecture, or pre-sales experience.
  • Hands-on architecture, implementation, and advisory experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Expertise in at least one of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Identity Governance platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
  • Experience leading customer workshops, assessments, architecture discussions, and Identity transformation initiatives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, writing, and relationship-building skills with executive and technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • CISSP or equivalent security certification preferred.
  • Okta certification strongly preferred; Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or related certifications valued.
  • Experience with NHI, machine identity, PAM, PKI/CLM, enterprise sales cycles, or solution development preferred.
