Description

  • Lead the FP&A function and manage a team of analysts and managers.
  • Coordinate and develop the annual budget across all departments.
  • Prepare materials for monthly leadership reviews and quarterly Board and lender meetings.
  • Support the CEO and CFO with financial analysis and executive reporting.
  • Build ad hoc financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Lead monthly P&L variance analysis, KPI analytics, and executive commentary.
  • Partner with accounting to ensure timely and accurate month-end close results.
  • Work with business leaders to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiency.
  • Advise senior leadership on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support reporting for and integration of merger and acquisition activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a high-performing team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to connect data analysis to business outcomes.
  • Ability to lead in a rapidly changing, largely remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Proactive, consultative approach with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities and deadlines.
