Description

  • Lead FP&A, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-term planning, and financial modeling.
  • Partner with the CFO, Controller, and executive leadership on financial strategy, growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead IPO readiness activities, including S-1 preparation, internal controls, audit preparedness, and investor materials.
  • Build and scale a high-performing finance team and strengthen cross-functional alignment and controls.
  • Provide financial insights to functional leaders to support strategy, decision-making, and capital deployment.
  • Develop scalable financial systems, infrastructure, and reporting frameworks.
  • Oversee capital allocation, cash flow management, scenario planning, and financial risk mitigation.
  • Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and applicable standards.
  • Support fundraising, investor relations, financial due diligence, and board communications.
  • Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across finance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership at a growth-stage or public company.
  • Experience leading FP&A and financial strategy through a successful IPO or public filing process.
  • Track record of raising capital through private equity, venture capital, or public markets.
  • Deep knowledge of corporate finance, FP&A, healthcare financial metrics, and public-company readiness.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Exceptional executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and bias for action.
  • Experience implementing financial systems and optimizing processes.
