Description

  • Lead, mentor, and scale an FP&A team of approximately 25 finance professionals.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, strategic forecasting, and operational planning processes.
  • Build advanced financial models and AI-powered analytics to track SaaS metrics, unit economics, and strategic initiatives.
  • Automate financial processes and maintain scalable, real-time business intelligence solutions.
  • Partner with founders and executive leadership to turn financial analysis into operational strategies supporting capital efficiency and growth.
  • Provide internal stakeholders and the Board with clear visibility into financial performance.
  • Analyze ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, customer acquisition costs, and other SaaS metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate, timely P&L forecasts, variance analyses, scenario plans, and financial reports.
  • Modernize legacy finance processes and establish predictable forecasting models and mature SaaS metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including significant leadership experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing and developing a finance team of 20+ professionals.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning for enterprise modeling and forecasting.
  • Operational knowledge of NetSuite ERP for financial data management.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying cloud data environments such as Azure SQL or Synapse.
  • Experience building executive dashboards and automated reporting in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Python, Azure Logic Apps, or integration platforms for financial-process automation.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data structures and CPQ integration for revenue analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze SaaS metrics, influence executive stakeholders, and communicate strategic recommendations clearly.
