Description

  • Maintain, scrub, and organize large financial datasets across ledgers and reporting systems.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank, revenue, COGS, and other financial reconciliations.
  • Investigate variances and discrepancies and help resolve data integrity issues.
  • Prepare journal entries and organize month-end close documentation.
  • Assist with financial modeling, statistical analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Present data-driven recommendations based on variance analysis and special projects.
  • Support senior analysts in improving financial reporting workflows and automating routine reconciliation tasks.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or candidate completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.6 GPA.
  • Completion of intermediate finance and accounting coursework.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, particularly for data manipulation.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies and work accurately with large datasets.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn and take on operational responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Python or Google Apps Script for workflow automation is preferred.
