Description

  • Identify and prioritize needs for requirements and safety workstreams and partner with engineering leaders on design and implementation into E/E systems.
  • Represent the workstreams in cross-functional planning to define acceptance criteria, drive alignment, and deliver roadmap outcomes for key product milestones.
  • Coordinate with other TPMs and engineering leadership to manage dependencies across the technology roadmap.
  • Reconcile timeline gaps, proactively address risks and change management, and surface issues to leadership.
  • Apply program management and engineering practices to report status, initiate escalations, and drive timely execution of roadmap commitments.
  • Maintain shared accountability with stakeholders and provide clear updates on roadmap health and action items.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager in autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, or a similar industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong track record of driving execution of cross-functional programs.
  • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a cross-functional roadmap, including dependencies, risks, and change management.
  • Strong active listening, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communication tailored to different audiences.
  • Desire to grow technical and program management skillsets in an evolving industry.
  • Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry is preferred.
  • Experience designing and releasing to safety standards is preferred.
  • Experience integrating safety case, requirements, and acceptance criteria into systems and software design is preferred.
  • Experience leading a team to production launch is preferred.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro is preferred.
