Description

  • Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate delivery through PI planning, execution, and review cycles.
  • Partner with Data Science and AI Engineering teams to define generative AI use cases and validate models.
  • Own the product roadmap for complex business modules such as audience targeting, personalization, forecasting, and promotion planning.
  • Lead cross-functional work across distributed teams in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
  • Work with engineering leads to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and feasible.
  • Collaborate with UX to design intuitive workflows, conversational AI interfaces, and decision-support tools.
  • Support pre-sales and client consulting by translating technical and AI capabilities into business value.
  • Monitor adoption, customer feedback, model effectiveness, and operational metrics to improve product performance.
  • Advise clients on business challenges and help drive growth through product strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience building data-driven, analytical, AI, or large-scale B2B SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one relevant domain such as Retail Media Networks, FMCG, Trade Promotion Management, Loyalty Platforms, AdTech, MarTech, CDPs, Pricing, Revenue Management, or B2B Supply Chain software.
  • Proven understanding of generative AI concepts in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with LLM-powered experiences, agentic workflows, prompt-driven interfaces, and human-in-the-loop safeguards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort interpreting complex models, data algorithms, and predictive outputs.
  • Strong track record of relationship-building, navigating ambiguity, and advising senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and experience working with distributed global teams.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
  • Experience managing AI token consumption and defining LLM guardrails is preferred.
  • Experience in a consulting or agency environment embedded within a client's organization is preferred.
