Description

  • Develop and refine a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top software development experts and build a stable pipeline of high-quality global talent.
  • Identify, reach out to, and attract relevant professionals to support the growth of Toptal’s technical talent community.
  • Collaborate closely with the Matching team and Screening team to determine sourcing priorities.
  • Monitor and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead to grow sourcing operations, implement process playbooks, and meet KPIs.
  • Use internally developed sourcing tools to improve search, outreach, and pipeline performance.
  • Identify opportunities to penetrate the global market for specific sourcing requests.
  • Test, analyze, and improve sourcing strategy using data-driven insights.
  • Own global sourcing management and help run sourcing efforts independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced features for candidate research, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of global talent pools and global sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to assess technical talent and distinguish highly skilled developers from average candidates.
  • Ability to proactively identify meetup groups, attend events, and network effectively.
  • Ability and drive to present at developer meetups.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with perfect grammar and strong command of English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality.
  • Remote work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and manage diverse challenges and contacts.
  • Must be a strong individual contributor and work independently without relying on directing others.
