Description

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates across engineering teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to define recruiting strategies and meet annual hiring goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening and selection through negotiation, offers, and closing.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of highly qualified candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Conduct online and offline networking and outreach to promote the employer brand and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Maintain productive partnerships with hiring stakeholders and provide an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 6+ years in engineering recruiting.
  • Required experience hiring software engineers; autonomous vehicle industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong direct-sourcing experience identifying and hiring technical talent.
  • Global recruiting experience in Canada preferred.
  • Experience building partnerships with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make hiring-related decisions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred.
  • Ability to manage diverse workloads and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including proactively keeping stakeholders informed.
