Description

Source, screen, and recruit candidates across engineering teams.
Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to define recruiting strategies and meet annual hiring goals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening and selection through negotiation, offers, and closing.
Build and maintain pipelines of highly qualified candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Conduct online and offline networking and outreach to promote the employer brand and reduce time-to-hire.
Maintain productive partnerships with hiring stakeholders and provide an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 6+ years in engineering recruiting.
Required experience hiring software engineers; autonomous vehicle industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong direct-sourcing experience identifying and hiring technical talent.
Global recruiting experience in Canada preferred.
Experience building partnerships with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make hiring-related decisions.
Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred.
Ability to manage diverse workloads and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, including proactively keeping stakeholders informed.

US salary range of $123,500–$148,200, plus a corporate bonus and stock options.
